OAAI Annual Conference Registration

This year’s conference will be held on October 12-13 at the Hotel Indigo located at 120 Water Street in Naperville, IL. The Outdoor Advertising Association of Illinois (OAAI) has reserved a block of rooms with a rate of $175.00 a night. Free garage parking is available.
Hotel Reservations

Please note: After clicking on the booking link, then click book now and it will load our room block code (OAI) automatically. Enter the dates of stay and select your room type. If you prefer to call the hotel direct their telephone number is 877-846-3446. Please provide them our room block code OAI when making your reservation.
Attendees have up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date to cancel/change your reservation without penalty. Less than 24 hours will result in a charge for a full stay.
Registration Cancelation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your registration, a full refund will be given if notice is received prior to October 8, , 2022. For cancellations received after October 8, registration fees are non-refundable.
