Photos: ‘Not All Heroes Wear Capes’ billboards thank essential workers amid coronavirus
York-based Do It Outdoors Media sent three mobile billboards around York County with a message thanking local grocery and healthcare workers from April 15-18. The “Not All Heroes Wear Capes” message was parked at grocery stores, pharmacy clinics and hospital locations, and next will head to Harrisburg starting April 20 and Lancaster the following week.
