When can I start requesting ads?
Immediatly! As soon as your signed up (form is below) you can start sending us ads to design. For “Pay As You Go” ads, you may request them whenever you like.
What does unlimited really mean?
You can request as many ads as you’d like and our designers will work on the requests in your queue every business day. If we don’t get it right the first time, then no sweat — revisions are unlimited too. You’re limited in the speed of the requests – as we’re still powered by humans, and not magic AI design robots.
How does our satisfaction guarantee work?
Our satisfaction guarantee is iron clad. If you submit an ad request and you or your client is not happy with it, even after revisions, we’ll start from scratch or let you use a new designer. No questions asked. At no additional cost.
How do I submit ad requests?
Ad requests can be emailed in (info@tastyad.com) or submitted through a form on our website. We prefer that you use the form as this ensures we get all the details we need.
Who owns the creative?
You do! All of the ads we design for you are owned by you and you may use them as you wish without any permission needed from us.
How many revisions can I make?
As many as you need until you or your client is happy with the ad. At no additional cost. Please make sure you send us all the info we need when placing your ad request, as this allows us to get it right much quicker.
What is the turnaround time?
The average turnaround time is same day. If you submit multiple ads it may take a bit longer. However, if you have a rush ad that needs to be done quickly, just let us know when you send us the details and we will do our best.
When do I get billed?
For “Pay As You Go” ads, we bill at the end of the month. For the “Unlimited” and “20 Ads/Mo Plan” your first billing is done the day you sign up for your ad account. Then on the same day of the month every month after that until you cancel your account. If you wish to cancel, please provide 30 days notice.

We have a decade of billbaord ad design under our belt. This means we design ads that get your customers results. We know the cardinal rules of billboard ad design and love creating ads that get noticed!
